Omnicellにて患者個人情報含むノートPCが盗難。医療ベンダーのOmnicellの従業員が、University of Michigan Health System, Sentara Healthcare, South Jersey Healthcareの患者個人情報含むノートPCを車内に置いていたところ盗難された。
現時点では情報の流出や悪用は確認されていない。当該ノートPCにはパスワード設定は施されているが暗号化はされていない。
